Balazs Welcomes Bears Back
The Standard hotel has denied chasing the bears off the block, and has reached out to the West Village Leather & Bear Street Fair about moving ahead with the fetish fest on West 13th Street. However, The Standard is headquarters for the big NYC Wine and Food Festival happening that same weekend, so the mayor’s office wants the bears to reschedule.
