Sellers, Kick The Tenant Out First

I know I know, you need the rent. But trust me, you have a better chance selling your home if you sell it without a tenant. Price it right, stage it, and remove the renter is my advice.
Buyers have a lot of choices. Today I had a list of homes to show, the list culled from many by our buyers. Every home on the list was a possibility. More than one was rented. Renters have rights, you just can’t pop in. You are to meet their schedules.
Guess what? With so many choices of homes out there, and none of the renters ready, willing, or able to meet our schedule we move on to other homes.
Sorry owners, tenants got in the way.
Now, did you really want to sell that home?
